• Degree in education or other related field with a focus in statistics; as well as, education research and database management.
• Minimum of five to seven years related experience in a research environment and academic writing.
• Demonstrated experience and skills in research design and methodology for advanced qualitative and quantitative research and analytics; high level of proficiency in statistical analysis, quantitative analytics, multivariate testing, data mining, predictive analytics, multilevel modeling, latent variable modeling and various regression models.
